Don’t miss out on your chance to become a GCMA Accredited Manager

GCMA Accreditation
The closing date for the first tranche of submissions to GCMA Accreditation is fast approaching. If you haven’t sent your application in yet, what are you waiting for? The closing date for the first set of applications to GCMA Accreditation is now fast approaching. You have until October 31 to send in your submissions to our ground-breaking new professional development pathway, with entries to the programme then closed until May 1 next year. GCMA Accreditation is flexible, inclusive, and designed to represent you and your value to the industry, while providing a clear and achievable route to developing your career. It aims to value and recognise the wide range of backgrounds, skills, knowledge, experience, learning and qualifications that contribute to making a successful golf club manager. You can apply for one of four Levels – ranging from GCMA Aspiring Manager (Level 1) to GCMA Accredited Manager (Level 3). And you can learn much more about the scheme, and create your application, by visiting our dedicated GCMA Accreditation webpage. There, you can watch a video where GCMA Chief Executive Tom Brooke walks you through the application process, and you can also find an overview of the programme, check out the CPD points guide, and scan a selection of frequently asked questions. Once you’ve applied, we will endeavour to confirm all Accreditations within 60 days of receipt. An annual review process will be in place from 2024.  Brooke said: “We’re really excited to be bringing this to you and really looking forward to supporting you with your application process and celebrating your success and your GCMA Accreditation. “If you’ve got any questions at all, please feel free to drop us a line at [email protected] or give us a call on 01275 391153.
