Pressure How am I managing my stress levels? What are my triggers? What coping mechanisms do I have in place? Breaks Am I taking enough time for rest and relaxation? What activities do I enjoy that help me de-stress? How often do I take breaks throughout the day? Driver's view of the road Am I thinking clearly? Am I able to control my thoughts and emotions? Am I making good decisions? Bodywork How do I feel about myself? Am I confident? Do I feel good about my body? Fuel What am I doing to take care of my physical health? Am I eating a healthy diet? Am I getting enough exercise? Am I getting enough sleep? Safety Who is in my support system? Who can I talk to when I'm feeling overwhelmed? Who can I rely on for help?
