Launching Ready Golf 🚀

Following the success of a highly productive 12-week beta test of The Society Golf Collective, GCMA partners Aquila Group have officially launched Ready Golf – a dedicated booking platform designed to modernise and streamline the society and group golf booking experience.
For many clubs, managing society and group bookings remains one of the most valuable but operationally challenging parts of the business. Demand is strong – yet the process behind capturing, organising and converting that demand is often fragmented and inefficient. Club managers frequently face recurring issues: enquiries arriving through multiple channels, lengthy email chains, inconsistent information, and the constant back-and-forth required to confirm numbers, packages and tee times.
Ready Golf has been developed with a clear and ambitious goal: to reshape how golf clubs generate external revenue by giving clubs – and their managers – greater control over the society-booking marketplace. The platform’s mission begins with helping clubs significantly increase society revenue while reducing the administrative workload traditionally associated with group bookings. By giving clubs a centralised platform designed solely for society and group golf, it brings clarity, automation and visibility to a part of the business that has historically been hard to control.
Powered by Aquila Golf Ltd’s established marketing expertise, Ready Golf has been intentionally built around the needs of golf clubs. The Aquila team believes the platform represents the next step in supporting clubs as they navigate changing customer expectations, digital booking behaviours and growing demand from society golfers.
To mark the launch, Aquila is inviting GCMA members and clubs to join a live online demo of the Ready Golf platform.
