We are pleased to share that the Association is continuing its commitment to supporting member wellbeing by funding the training of an additional Regional Mental Health First Aider in every region.
Thanks to funding released from the Member’s Benevolent Fund, we are offering members the opportunity to gain a fully funded Mental Health First Aider qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting colleagues across your region, while developing valuable skills and knowledge around mental health awareness.
The training will be delivered via a two-day online course taking place on 17th & 18th June, making it easily accessible wherever you are based.
We are now inviting members to put themselves forward for this important role. Whether you have a particular interest in wellbeing or are looking to make a positive impact within your region, we encourage you to apply.
Applications close on 22nd May, and successful applicants will be notified the following week.
If multiple applications are received within a region, we will work closely with regional committees to identify the most suitable candidate.
