Press Release | 13th February
The Golf Club Managers Association (GCMA) is pleased to announce that Club Conduct Solutions (CCS) has joined the GCMA Partner Network, expanding the association’s portfolio of trusted partners supporting golf club management professionals.
Club Conduct Solutions delivers independent, expert support to Golf Club Managers with conduct and disciplinary matters and investigations. Drawing on extensive investigative, risk management, and disciplinary process experience, alongside an insider understanding of golf club governance and culture, CCS helps clubs safeguard standards, reduce risk, and address increasingly complex and numerous conduct issues with confidence.
“After speaking with Neil on several occasions, I’m delighted to formally welcome Club Conduct Solutions as our newest GCMA business partner. Having served as ‘discipline secretary’ at my home club last year to lead an investigation, I know first-hand what a minefield this process can be. I am confident that their services will be invaluable to our members in managing their own club discipline matters.”
– Darren Wood, GCMA Partnerships Manager
Through this partnership, GCMA members will gain exposure to CCS’s expertise and solutions designed to reduce conflict, support leadership teams, and create respectful, inclusive club environments. The collaboration aligns with GCMA’s mission to advance professionalism and excellence in golf club management.
Neil Ballard, Founder of Club Conduct Solutions, added:
“I am delighted that Club Conduct Solutions (CCS) has become an official Business Partner of the GCMA. This partnership will enable CCS to work closely with Golf Club Managers across the UK, providing specialist support in conduct matters, disciplinary processes, investigations and risk management.
Having met the GCMA leadership team at their Conference in November, it was clear that CCS and the GCMA share a strong alignment. The GCMA’s commitment to developing professional golf club management while prioritising the wellbeing of its members mirrors CCS’s mission to support General Managers with practical, expert-led solutions.
We are excited to contribute to the GCMA community and look forward to supporting General Managers with bespoke, hands-on support that saves time and helps reduce both reputational and financial risk for their clubs.”
