Governance roadshow hits the ground running

Attendees at the opening two workshops were given valuable insights on creating the right culture for their club, and the vital importance of good governance.

Sandburn Hall and Hurlston Hall this week hosted the first two workshops focusing on the importance of positive culture and a structured approach to strategic governance.

The six-date roadshow hit the ground running at the Yorkshire venue on Wednesday, when more than 70 club managers, committee members and club directors engaged in an interactive day of education, led by speakers from England Golf, Players 1st, BIGGA, Kanda Golf, and the GCMA....
