Welcome to the new-look GCMA Weekly 

The GCMA Weekly mailer has had an update that takes into account feedback from our members.

You will notice the latest edition of GCMA Weekly has had a design refresh – and at the same time we are working hard to bring you even more relevant, useful and engaging content. 

We know from our most recent members’ survey – and also anecdotally from speaking to you as our members – that you value most the content that: helps you to fulfil your roles more effectively; builds the strong community feel of our Association; and shares our ongoing efforts to represent you more effectively. 

That’s why we are working to create content that fits into these three key areas: 

Your Community 

In this section you can expect to read about Member successes, Member News, industry issues, leadership and the GCMA’s representation in the wider golf industry. 

Your Association 

In this section you can expect to read about Membership benefits, Membership news, Membership events and key Partner benefits. 

Your Development 

In this section you can expect to read about education, wellbeing, our Information Library, Partner education, peer-to-peer learning and careers. 

“Whether it’s attending business meetings, engaging with professional development opportunities, or utilising the personal benefits membership brings, we hope there is something for everyone,” said Natalie McColl, our Membership Services Manager. “But more than that, the GCMA is a community and thrives when our members take an active role.

“I would love to see more managers contributing to our written communications or presenting at GCMA meetings and events. Our association is at its best when peers learn from other peers — I’d urge everyone to put themselves forward more. It’s great for you and it’s great for our association!”
